Reclay Announces New Leadership Structure

Reclay Appoints New Leadership Team: Trio to Jointly Lead the Holding Company. Reclay has a new leadership structure: going forward, a trio will jointly manage the holding company. Company founder Raffael Fruscio is stepping down from the management board to focus on other responsibilities.
A leadership transition has taken place at the Reclay Group. Since May 18, the holding company of the producer responsibility service provider has been led by a three-member executive team: Jens Nießmann serves as CEO, alongside Fritz Flanderka and Antti Tiilikainen. Together, they will be responsible for the Group’s international business operations.
As the new leadership team takes over, the company founder is stepping back. Raffael Fruscio is relinquishing his position as CEO of the holding company. He founded Reclay on May 13, 2002, and developed it into an internationally active group of companies. In the future, he will focus on strengthening the consulting division of the Raan Group, the parent company to which Reclay belongs.
Christian Abl is also leaving the holding company’s management board. Together with Fruscio, he will concentrate on expanding the Group’s consulting business.
The new leadership team has been appointed from within the organization. According to the company, Nießmann, Flanderka, and Tiilikainen have worked for Reclay for many years and have played a key role in shaping the Group’s development. Reclay considers itself one of the leading international providers of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) services, helping clients fulfill the associated regulatory obligations.
“After 24 years, the time has come for me to pass on responsibility,” said Fruscio. “With this new leadership team, I know the Reclay Group is in good hands with people who have helped shape the company for many years.”
