We believe that a professional induction is the foundation for a successful working relationship. We will carefully introduce you to the world of Reclay step by step.
Our onboarding program is based on two pillars:
On the one hand, you will get to know all the specialist departments during this initial, intensive period. This gives you a detailed overview and allows you to immediately make exciting contacts with the other teams and departments.
In addition, you will be assigned a personal mentor in your respective team. He or she will support you in particular during your induction, but also far beyond that. We will draw up a specialist induction plan for you, which will then be discussed and worked on at your leisure.
