Open feedback is important to us, because it’s the only way we can improve and engage in exchange. Regular jour fixes, internal knowledge transfers and a FAQ round with the management are a matter of course.

 

An internal employee survey confirmed the enormous sense of unity, the positive working atmosphere and the family-like, results-oriented way of dealing with each other. We want to build on this at all times and continue to develop our agile teams in the future and strengthen them professionally. This is the only way we can continue to drive innovation.
