At the moment, not everything is going as usual when it comes to recruiting, and we would like to answer some initial, important questions and give you an overview of our current application process.

What is the best way to apply?

You can apply for a job with us online. You can do this directly via the Reclay job portal. We also frequently post our current vacancies on job portals such as Indeed or LinkedIn. We look forward to receiving your meaningful application documents.

Who is the right contact person for my application?

Our HR team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your application. You can find the respective contact person, including contact details, under the respective job posting. What is the current application process with us?

Our initial meetings currently take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. You do not need to create an account for this. When you confirm your appointment, the HR team will send you an email with a link that will take you to your online call on the day of your interview. The first meeting lasts about 45-60 minutes and focuses on your personal wishes and professional expectations for the new job. Our goal is to get to know you a little better and to have an open exchange on all relevant topics.

What are the technical requirements?

For our virtual calls, you need an Internet-enabled computer or smartphone. The use of a headset is also recommended to block out any background noise during the call. But this is not absolutely necessary.

From experience, Chrome and Edge browsers work best; Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer browsers do not seem to be compatible with Microsoft Teams meetings. Therefore, please download the Teams app if possible. The HR team will also be happy to answer any further questions you may have.

Please test your camera (lighting conditions in the room) and microphone in good time before your appointment to avoid unnecessary difficulties during the meeting.

 

What happens after the first online meeting?

As a rule, we conduct a second interview to go into more detail, particularly with regard to the technical aspects, and to clarify any further open questions. This interview is not only attended by a recruiter, but also by a potential colleague or supervisor from the respective department. We would like to give you an insight into our day-to-day work at Reclay and get to know each other better. Transparency and an open exchange are very important to us. You will find out whether the interview will also take place virtually or in person when you receive your invitation from the HR team.

After each interview, you will receive feedback from us as soon as possible. If you are accepted, we will conduct a final contract meeting with all the relevant details for your start. After the start, your individual Reclay onboarding program awaits you in the first few weeks and you will learn interesting facts about our industry and internal teams/departments in various introductory events.
