Protecting the environment while getting from A to B:
Think about whether it is absolutely necessary to use your car if you are only going to buy something small, for example. You could use your bicycle or the bus instead. Exercise keeps you fit. And if you really have to use your car, then remember that there are many ways to reduce CO₂ emissions, such as: What do you have in the boot of your car? Try to drive in a way that saves fuel, e.g. at low revs, or take your foot off the accelerator when you drive downhill. This protects the environment and also keeps costs down.
